When can I book?
The website is being prepared for the planned opening on November 1, 2026. Final bookable dates, availability and rates will be published once operations are confirmed.
What payment methods will be available?
The current checkout design supports cards, GCash, Maya and QR Ph through a PayMongo-ready flow. Final live methods will depend on the payment methods enabled at launch.
Will I receive a QR e-ticket?
The production booking flow is designed to issue a booking confirmation and QR e-ticket after successful payment. The current site is still a prototype until the live backend is connected.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Final amendment, cancellation and refund rules have not yet been published. They will be shown before payment once operating terms are confirmed.
Tour & Preparation
What should I bring?
Swimwear, a towel, a change of clothes and reef-safe sun protection are recommended. Any additional required items will be listed before opening.
Where is the meeting or check-in point?
The exact Bohol check-in location and any pickup options are still to be confirmed and will be published before public opening.
Will there be combination tours?
Yes. The site is being prepared to offer the whale shark experience on its own and combined with selected Bohol tours. Final combinations and inclusions will be added later.
How long will the experience take?
Final timing depends on the approved operating flow, briefing, waiting time and selected tour. Exact durations will be published once confirmed.
Safety & Wildlife
Is there a safety briefing?
Yes. Guests should expect a safety and wildlife interaction briefing before entering the activity. Final rules will follow the applicable Bohol operating requirements.
Can children join?
Final age, swimming and guardian requirements have not yet been confirmed. We will publish the official participation rules before opening.
Can non-swimmers join?
Observer or non-swimmer options may be offered, but final participation rules and inclusions are still pending confirmation.
Can I touch or chase the whale sharks?
No. Guests should keep a respectful distance and follow all guide instructions. The final encounter rules will be displayed before participation.
Weather & Operations
What happens if weather or sea conditions are unsafe?
Operations may be delayed, changed or suspended when conditions are unsafe or authorities impose restrictions. The final rescheduling and refund policy will be published before launch.
Are whale shark sightings guaranteed?
Wildlife sightings cannot be guaranteed. Any final operator policy regarding sightings will be stated clearly before booking goes live.
